Use the first three letters of your first name and your whole last name. This should be represented as one word. For example, John Smith would be johsmith. If the username is already taken, add a number at the end. So, if another John Smith registers, his username would be johsmith1. All other username formats will be deleted.

If, when you created your login, you did not use the naming scheme, you will now have to recreate it with the correct scheme (first three letters of your first name and your whole last name as one word).
